The location is perfect really close to Siena with the best wiev possibile directly on Piazza del Campo, and the main square, and the rooms are spacious. I enjoyed the place:)))

Located in an old palazzo in the center, this comfortable place offers easy access to the airport in Firenze. The rooms are beautiful and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, and the delicious breakfast is a delightful start to the day. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the city from the windows, making it a memorable stay. The facilities and room advantages, such as tea and coffee amenities, add to the overall convenience and satisfaction of guests.

The cleanliness of some areas, such as the floors and carved tables, could be improved.

The location was stunning and best possible, suited us. Rooms with comfy beds. The host met us and explained everything.

I loved the apartment though some things didn't work.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore all the sights and attractions of the city. The host was also very helpful and provided us with great recommendations for dinner.

There was dust everywhere and the bedclothes seemed used. Additionally, the noise from outside was unbearable, as the windows were old and had large gaps.

the location was absolutely stunning, felt privileged to be able to stay there & unbelievably lucky that such a suite is available to the public. the view straight opposite the main tower was breathtaking.

Better quality cups or mugs would be nice.

The location was absolutely incredible, right in the heart of everything! The apartment was modern, clean, and comfortable with wonderful sound-proof windows that made for a GREAT night's sleep. Our host was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check out a few hours later. a fantastic stay in a charming apartment on a beautiful piazza. Highly recommended.

The view from the apartment was out of a postcard, overlooking the beautiful piazza. The host, Cristina, was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Palazzo Lenzi for a unique and romantic stay in Siena.

Elegant décor and views of Piazza del Campo square: Stepping into the apartment felt like entering a Renaissance painting, with its terracotta floors and stunning views that made me feel like a Florentine noble.

Decent sized cups or mugs: It would have been nice to have some bigger cups or mugs for a heartier cup of tea or coffee.
